Deepfakes are more removable than people fear

The technology is new, but the harm is familiar, and platforms increasingly treat fakes of real people seriously. Deepfakes of real people, whether sexualised fakes, harassment, impersonation or scam videos and fake endorsements using a real person's face or voice, are content we remove regularly.
