If your Instagram account has been hacked, disabled, or taken over by someone impersonating you, you have probably already discovered that the in-app recovery flow leads in circles: a selfie video that never gets reviewed, an email that never arrives, a “we can’t help with this request” message with no reply address. We recover accounts by going around that flow, through the channels Meta keeps for rights holders, businesses and escalated cases, with the evidence those reviewers need to act.
What we recover
- Hacked accounts where the email and phone number have been changed
- Accounts disabled for “violating community guidelines” with no explanation
- Accounts suspended after a false mass-reporting campaign
- Creator and business accounts lost in a Meta Business Suite compromise
- Accounts taken by an ex-partner, ex-employee or agency that will not hand them back
- Impersonation accounts using your name and photos (removed, not recovered; see remove content from Instagram)
How it works
- Assess, free and confidential. Tell us the handle, what happened and when, and what you have already tried. We tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic and what it would cost. Some cases are not recoverable; we say so.
- Evidence. We build the identity and ownership file Meta’s reviewers need: original email and phone evidence, historic content, ID where required, business records for company accounts, and the timeline of the compromise.
- Escalate. We file through the correct Meta channel for your case type and escalate when first-line review rejects. You get updates as they happen.
- Secure. When the account is back, we walk you through locking it down: two-factor on a hardware key or authenticator, recovery contacts, removal of unknown sessions and third-party apps, and a Business Suite audit.

What it costs
Account recovery is quoted in writing after the free assessment, with terms that follow our success-based pricing: a component to open the case, and the balance tied to you being back in the account. Impersonation removals alongside a recovery are quoted per account.
Do this in the next ten minutes
- Do not create a new account with the same name. It complicates recovery.
- Do not pay anyone who messages you promising to “get it back” for a fee in crypto or gift cards. That is the same scam that took it.
- Screenshot everything you can still see, including the profile URL and any messages from the attacker.
- Check the email account attached to Instagram for “your email was changed” messages; the revert link in those emails sometimes still works.
- If the attacker is using the account to message your followers, tell your audience through another channel that the account is compromised.
Frequently asked questions
How long does Instagram account recovery take?
Most cases resolve in one to four weeks. Cases that need identity re-verification, or that involve a business account inside a compromised Business Suite, can take longer. You get a realistic estimate in the first conversation.
Can you recover a permanently disabled account?
Often, if the disabling was a mistake or the result of false reports. If the account genuinely violated the rules repeatedly, usually not, and we will tell you before you spend anything.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for your password, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
Can you remove an impersonator instead of recovering my account?
Yes. Impersonation is one of the best-supported removal categories on Instagram. See remove content from Instagram and the guide on removing a fake profile.
Is it confidential?
Yes. One specialist handles your case from start to finish, and we never disclose client relationships.
