Most of this industry charges in full whether or not anything actually comes down — or hides behind blanket “guarantees” that turn out to be marketing, not commitments. We price differently: what we earn is tied to what we actually remove. Your payment is structured around results, and you see exactly how before you commit to anything. This page explains the principle, how an engagement works from first scan to final report, and why we think this is the only honest way to sell removal work.
How it works
Success-based pricing is built into the way every engagement starts, and it is scan-gated by design — we price against results because we assess before we take anything on.
- It begins with the free, confidential Exposure Scan. Before any conversation about money, we run a free Exposure Scan to map the damaging content attached to your name or business. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- We review, then issue a written proposal. Our team assesses each item — the platform it sits on, the grounds available for removal, and the realistic path to getting it down. You then receive a written proposal covering the case.
- The proposal lists every URL with its price and exactly how and when payment is due. Item by item, in plain language, before you pay anything. No surprises, no fine print discovered later — the document in your hands is the complete picture.
- You commit only after seeing all of it in writing. Nothing is owed for the scan or the proposal. If the terms don’t work for you, you walk away having lost nothing and learned exactly what your exposure looks like.
By the time you’re deciding whether to engage, you know what exists, what each item costs, and how payment relates to the outcome — all of it on paper, none of it on trust.
Why we don’t publish pricing mechanics
Every case is different. A defamatory news article, a leaked image set, a fake review cluster, and a data-broker listing sit on different platforms, in different jurisdictions, with different removal grounds and different amounts of work between filing and outcome. Volume matters too — a single URL and a forty-link campaign are not the same engagement.
That’s why the honest answer to “what will this cost and how is payment structured?” lives in your written proposal, not in a generic table on a website. Anyone quoting you a flat price before assessing your case is guessing — and you’d be right to wonder whether the guess protects you or them. Our pricing page explains how quotes are built; your proposal is where the numbers live.
Why success-based beats “guaranteed”
Removal decisions ultimately belong to platforms, hosts, publishers and courts — not to any removal firm. A company selling you a guaranteed outcome on a third party’s decision is doing one of two things: silently declining most of the cases that walk in the door, or planning to keep the money when the promise fails.
We commit to what we actually control. We choose which cases to accept, we do the work, and we structure payment so that our incentives point at exactly one thing: getting the content down. When our compensation depends on the removal happening, you never have to wonder whether we’re motivated to finish — the process and the paycheck point the same direction.

If removed content comes back
Removal is occasionally tested by reposting, and our commitment there is specific: If the content reappears on the exact same URL source as what was removed and what we engaged on, we re-file at no extra charge.
That is the exact scope — the same URL source we engaged on originally. Content appearing on new URLs or new sites is a new matter, assessed the same way as the first: scan, review, written proposal. Clients facing recurring repostings are usually better protected by a monitoring-backed plan than by one-off removals, and we’ll say so when that’s the case.
What sits outside success-based pricing
An honest model has honest edges, and we’d rather you read them here than discover them later:
- Suppression work. Building and promoting positive content to push negatives down in search is influence over rankings, not removal of content. No one controls where a search engine ranks a page, so suppression is a distinct service with its own expectations.
- Monitoring. Monitoring is ongoing surveillance of your exposure — valuable, and how new threats get caught early, but it is a service you receive continuously rather than an outcome that either happens or doesn’t.
- Protection Plan subscriptions. Protection Plans bundle removal applications with monitoring and priority response as an ongoing subscription. Individual removal work within a plan is still assessed and proposed in writing, but the subscription itself is a service relationship, not a per-item outcome.
And one thing we never promise, on any engagement: timeframes. Removal timelines depend on platforms and processes we influence but don’t control, and firms promising “removal in 48 hours” are promising control they don’t have. What we structure around results is payment — never the calendar.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does “success-based” actually mean?
It means our compensation is tied to the removal happening. Each item in your written proposal is priced individually, with the payment terms for that item stated plainly — the exact structure for your case is set out in the proposal you receive after your free Exposure Scan, before you commit to anything.
What happens if you can’t remove an item?
You never pay the success portion of that item’s fee. Everything is per item and in writing before you commit, so you know exactly where you stand on every URL — one item’s outcome never changes what you owe on another.
Do you promise outcomes?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Platforms, hosts and courts make the final call on removal, and no firm controls their decisions. What we control is which cases we accept, the quality of the work, and a payment structure that only rewards us fully when the content comes down.
How fast will my content be removed?
We don’t promise timeframes, on this or any engagement. Speed depends on the platform and the removal ground, and honest firms say so. What you’ll get from us is a realistic read on likely timelines during your assessment — as an expectation, not a promise.
What if the content comes back after removal?
If the content reappears on the exact same URL source as what was removed and what we engaged on, we re-file at no extra charge. Content on new URLs or new sites is a new matter, which we assess through the same scan-and-proposal process.

Success-based pricing only means something once you know what your case looks like. Start with the free, confidential Exposure Scan — you’ll receive a written proposal listing every URL, its price, and exactly how payment relates to the removal, with how the process works from there. You commit to nothing until you’ve read all of it.
