The process the firm still runs on is his: find every removal ground a URL gives you, file on all of them at once, escalate until a human reviews it, and verify the result before calling it done.
How he came to this work
The business started with a problem nobody else would take. Content that was plainly removable under a platform's own rules stayed up for years because the people affected filed the wrong request, to the wrong team, without evidence, and gave up after the first automated rejection. Frankie learned the removal channels platform by platform, the way you learn a city: which forms reach a person, which arguments those people can act on, and what evidence they need to say yes. That knowledge became ContentRemoval.com.
What he believes about removal
- Deletion beats burial. Suppression pushes a result to page two; the source still exists, and AI assistants still read it. Removal at the source is the only outcome that lasts.
- Honesty first. The free assessment exists to tell people what is realistically removable, including "this one stays". The firm declines work aimed at suppressing truthful reporting of serious wrongdoing.
- Pay for results. Fees are structured so that most of what the firm earns is tied to what actually comes down. See success-based pricing.
- Discretion is the product. NDAs are standard and client relationships are never disclosed unless the client chooses to speak publicly.
Clients who have spoken publicly
Kayla Itsines, Alex Hormozi, William Brown, Laurence Thomas, Phil Graham, Brinkley Davies. Their words are on the reviews page and in the case studies. Most clients are never named.
Beyond removal
Frankie hosts the Frankie Lee Podcast, a long-running series of conversations with founders and operators, and writes the removal and reputation guides on this site. He splits his time between Miami and Dubai and works with clients in the US, UK, Australia, the Gulf and Europe.
