Full-time Remote
Run removal cases end to end: assess content, choose the strongest ground, file across platforms and search engines, escalate until it comes down, and report to clients with total clarity.
- 3+ years in trust & safety, platform policy, DMCA/IP enforcement or similar
- Meticulous, persistent, calm under client pressure
- Excellent written English. Your filings are the product
- Discretion absolute; NDA required
Client Success Manager
Full-time Remote
Own relationships with Protection Plan members: monthly reports, threat reviews, renewals and expansion. You are the named, trusted human our executives and brands rely on.
- Experience managing high-value B2B or HNW client relationships
- Comfortable discussing sensitive matters with total discretion
- Organized: SLAs, credits and reports never slip
- Empathy first. Many clients arrive in distress
Content & SEO Editor
Full-time or contract Remote
Own the blog and guide library: expand service copy, keep 130+ articles sharp and ranking, and turn our case wins into content that books calls.
- Proven SEO content track record (show us rankings)
- Editor-level English; practitioner tone, zero fluff
- Understands search intent and AI-answer optimization
- Bonus: reputation/legal/trust & safety background
