1 Chapter 01
The situation
The manager sent us a first list of leak-site pages, then a second list of more than sixty fake social accounts. Some used the creator's name and photos to look official; others simply reposted her content to drive traffic elsewhere.
Fans were confused about which accounts were real, and paying subscribers were finding the same content free on other platforms.
2 Chapter 02
What we did
We separated the genuine accounts from the fakes with the manager first, so nothing real was ever touched. Every fake account and leak page was then logged, captured and worked through to removal, with a client portal showing the status of each link.
When new copies or replacement accounts appeared, they were added and dealt with in the same way. The manager made clear that removal at source, not just from search, was the priority, and the case was run on that basis.
3 Chapter 03
The outcome
138 links were removed over about six weeks: 65 YouTube videos and channels, 26 TikTok accounts, 23 Facebook items including impostor profiles, 23 pages on leak sites and 1 X account.
All 16 leak-site pages the manager had marked as priorities were removed at source and were still down when we rechecked them on the day the case closed.
✓ Chapter 04
What this shows creators and their teams
Impersonation and leaks usually arrive together, and handling one without the other leaves the problem half solved. If fake accounts are reposting your work or using your name, send us the links and we will tell you honestly what can come down.
