Why Amazon enforcement is its own discipline

Amazon isn't one system. It's a stack of them: Brand Registry, Report a Violation, seller-performance channels, neutral-patent and counterfeit programs, each with its own evidence standards and its own failure modes. A complaint that names the wrong violation type, attaches the wrong evidence or goes through the wrong channel gets auto-rejected, and repeated bad filings degrade how seriously your future reports are taken. Meanwhile hijackers exploit the machinery deliberately: hopping seller accounts, tweaking listings to dodge detection, and sometimes filing abusive counterclaims against the brands reporting them.

Most brands fight this with a frustrated employee clicking Report a Violation between other jobs. The sellers on the other side do this full time. The asymmetry is the problem.

Diverted and grey-market stock adds a layer of genuine ambiguity: a seller with real product sourced outside your distribution agreements isn't a counterfeiter, and treating them like one backfires. But diverted stock often travels with real problems (expired goods, missing warranties, tampered packaging) that create legitimate policy grounds when documented properly. Knowing which lever fits which seller is half the discipline, and it's why our Amazon work leans so heavily on verification: the platform punishes sloppy complainants, and your complaint history is an asset worth protecting.

What we do on your behalf

We run continuous detection across your ASINs and brand terms, new sellers appearing on your listings, price anomalies that signal counterfeit stock, copied imagery on lookalike listings, and review patterns consistent with sabotage or manipulation. Every flag is human-verified: distinguishing an authorized reseller or legitimate arbitrage seller from a counterfeiter is exactly where automated tools misfire, and where false complaints create real risk for your account.

Verified targets get filed against through the strongest applicable channel, Brand Registry for trademark and copyright matters, dedicated counterfeit complaints where test-buy evidence supports them, review-abuse reports built on documented patterns rather than suspicion. When first-line responses fail, we escalate: refiled complaints with tightened evidence, seller-performance escalations, and coordinated infrastructure action against operations that also run outside Amazon, from their storefront domains to their payment rails. Where a test purchase is what a complaint needs, we arrange and document it properly.

To be plain about the limits: Amazon decides Amazon outcomes. No firm can guarantee a specific enforcement result, and any that promises one is telling you something untrue. What we deliver is filings done right, escalations pressed persistently, and complete reporting on every action taken.

Keep the flywheel protected

Your listings' rankings, reviews and buy-box history are compounding assets, and every week a hijacker sits on them, the damage compounds too. Our Protection Plans keep detection running daily with rapid filing SLAs, so a new bad seller is met with a complaint while they have one sale, not one thousand. The plan also tracks seller churn on your listings over time, so you can see the pressure working. Book a free Exposure Scan and we'll audit your ASINs for hijackers, counterfeit signals and review anomalies you may not have spotted yet.

The scan for Amazon brands is concrete: we review your ASINs for unfamiliar sellers and price anomalies, sample recent reviews for manipulation patterns, sweep for lookalike listings using your imagery, and check whether your Brand Registry coverage actually matches your catalogue. You get the findings either way, an honest map of your exposure is the point, and most brands discover at least one thing in it they hadn't seen.

Frequently asked questions

We're not in Brand Registry yet. Can you still help? +
Yes, though enrolling should be a priority and we'll help you get there, Registry unlocks Amazon's strongest tools. In the meantime, copyright complaints on stolen imagery and standard infringement channels still give us working routes against the worst offenders.
Can you guarantee Amazon removes a counterfeit seller? +
No: and no honest firm can, because the decision is Amazon's. What we control is filing quality, evidence (including test buys where warranted) and persistence through escalation, which together are what well-founded complaints need to succeed.
How do you avoid hitting our legitimate resellers? +
Human verification before every filing, informed by your authorized-seller list and distribution map. Complaints against legitimate sellers are both unfair and dangerous to your own standing, so precision isn't optional in our process.
